Did some further investigation today, and found the issue is not
100% reproducible. You may run into this or it may be
completely fine. It seems to be somewhat of a timing condition
based on which service updates the sqlhosts file first. <br>

The IP address change procedure does not perform as expected
in CUCM 8.5(1). Changing an IP address will result in
service failure on the node in which IP address is changed.
If this issue is encountered, TAC can provide a workaround
with remote access.<br>
<br>
The defect ID is CSCtn29923. This does not impact any
version of CUCM prior to 8.5(1).<br>
