<DIV>Sounds like that to me, we had our system reconfigured by a third party specialist who seems to have missed of a number of things including number of users voicemail profiles. I found one like it last week.</DIV>

<DIV>Under the directory number configuration, check what is set under the Voice Mail Profile. This determines the message button. If it is at Default, check the configuration of your voicemail profile which should at least be configured for your hunt pilot for voicemail. HTH<BR><BR>Dave Schulz
