To clarify, UCCX On Demand Recording can be initiated in the following ways:<div><ul><li>Supervisor Desktop (manual)</li><li>Cisco Agent Desktop via Task Button Configuration (manual)</li><li>Cisco Agent Desktop via Workflow Action (automatic)</li>
</ul><div>No matter the solution, only the supervisor can access the recordings via Supervisor Desktop. Be careful with the automatic one, as to not record too many sessions at once.</div><div><br></div><div>Anthony</div>

<br>I'm about to start looking through config guides, but can on-demand recording be initiated from both a supervisor desktop, as well as the agent desktop?<br><br>I will take a look at Zoom, we have used MiaRec in the past with good results but I'm always open to better solutions. <br>

I have a customer that is interested in adding both agent-initiated on-demand recording as well as supervisor and / or random % based recording. I see the option to order a Compliance Recording Server for 8.x but if any capabilities exist without adding another application and server i would prefer to stick with that.<br>
