Reviewing the system I noticed that all of the 7942/62 & 7941/61 phones are not running the default firmware sccp 8-5-2SR1 but are on 8-4-4S. The current keepers of the cluster indicated that when they upgraded there was a good reason for not upgrading firmware but are not sure why now. Was 8-4-4 a breakpoint of some sort or can any one think of a reason the phones were not upgraded?
