I have CCX "Call Center" and CCM "Call Manager" and we use Calabrio Quality manager software for recording and monitoring <BR>
<BR>
but I have two problems:<BR>
<BR>
We are unable to retrieve the recorded file through the web interface.<BR>
<SPAN><SPAN style="FONT: 7pt 'Times New Roman'"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN dir=ltr></SPAN>We are unable to sync with extension mobility users<BR>

Can anybody help me to solve these problems?<BR>
