Dependency records are best. There are a few known issues with
that. I believe it was that dependency records did not display BAT
templates that used phone templates.<br>
<br>
dependency should be first approach. if you need an SQL approach
here is a starting point:<br>
run sql select pkid,name from phonetemplate where pkid not in (
select distinct fkphonetemplate from device)<br>
<br>
it 'looks' right, but I did not validate all scenarios. provided
as-is with no warranty.<br>
