Make it an Enterprise Subscription (subscribes it to all phones) and assign it to the services button and if that's a phone's only subscribed service the phone should launch it immediately.</div><div><br></div><div>If you want to pursue why the phone isn't showing the service currently then you'll need a packet capture from the phone to see if it's even requesting the service URL when you hit the button. </div><div><br><div>
