It seems they're not working properly. I've got a call back into the client to arrange a conference call with their alarm provider so I have access to technical details I can share.<br><br>When I look at the CDRs, I see some strange entries. Basically a call to a toll free number, followed by short calls of 1 second with invalid DNs. (see below)<br><br>I recall some talk about alarms and SCCP and it's better with MGCP.
