How are you all ?<BR>

I have a problem with forwarding external calls to another internal IP Phone in my company<BR>
<BR>
all calls from PSTN >> go direct to Operator Phone >> when the operator want to forward this call to anyone inside >>> the call disconnected<BR>
and when put this call in Hold to recieve another external call >> the two external calls disconnected<BR><BR>
