<html><head><style type='text/css'>p { margin: 0; }</style></head><body><div style='font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000'>So my backups stopped working on CUCM v7.1.5b, I noticed because of a script that I have running checking for the existence of files.<br><br>When I go to the DRS gui and check the history, it says no history. When I check the scheduler, it says the master or local agents are not running.<br><br>I check the service control centre and see that both are running on the publisher for about 47 days.<br><br>I restart them both.<br><br>I can now see the past history and the schedule is there as well.<br><br>The syslog doesn't show me anything.<br><br>What gives?
