I need to pull records from CAR to show everyone in the system that has dialed 911, but I’m not having any luck. I can search by a user’s extension and then sort through the records until I find the CDR record that shows the 911 call, but I’m not sure how I can simply search for ALL calls (all users) to 911 only. For reference I’m using CUCM 7.
