My experience with CUE integrating with CUCM (version 7.0) has been it takes a few reloads on initial configuration to get everything going 100%. The device that does not support a codec would need to request a transcoder resource. I have verified that even though I am running G711u I have HW transcoding resources available. Any ideas on what Might be?
