i think i found it:<br><br>from the show running: license agent max-sessions 9<br><br>there's no where i can find to modify this from the GUI. only command line.<br><br>wonder why they would put that number in there when i'm licensed for more....<br>

<br>so i found a few places where the limit of 2 was catching me, i've updated them all and now i can get 9 out of 12 ports answering.<br><br>the CTI route point is set to 100 concurrent calls, so i don't think that's it.<br>
<br>anyone have an idea why it stops answering after 9 concurrent calls? i've not had a chance to ask my teammates to look into the script to see if there is a max port count in there somewhere.<br><br>thoughts?<br><span><br>
