Since you are a german speaker:<br>Could it be, that the device (softphone or controlled hardphone) has a "Umlaut" in the description of the device?<br>I have seen that this will lead to an error where CUPC will not be able to parse the deviceliste generated by the CCMCIP service resulting in exactly the error as shown above<br>
