yes i create 2 CSQs and selected type e-mail rather than voice but still not showing me any CSQ in Agent e-mail, ive tried the same thing in version 8 and i can see the CSQs there. I have another question can't i use these e-mail queues in scripting as voice CSQs. Let say i want that if i get some e-mail on this Agent e-mail option it will trigger one of my script where i can monitor the status of E-Mail Queue and perform some actions accordingly. <BR><BR> Br<BR>
