That's a server side fix that would have to correlate with the phone load. I see 54 buttons on a 7962 line template on my lab 8.x CUCM.<div><br><div>

According to the datasheet on the 7962, there should be a total of 42 buttons available for the 7962 in this CUCM version provided the phones use the correct firmware. However, only 34 buttons show in the phone template like it would be with 2 7914 expansion modules instead of 2 7915 expansion modules.
