New CUCM 8.5 installation. Engineer is busy working on something else so I thought I'd ask here. When I pull a CDR report it seems to be missing a LOT of data. None of my test calls are in the export, and most of the items in the export are missing the originating number or the destination number or both. Also, the time seems to be GMT instead of local time. <br>
<br>Are there settings that tell CM what data to put in the CDR? Also, is there a setting for time zone on exports?<br><br>TIA,<br>Eric<br>
