Verizon will not support T38, yet. We are using g711fax pas-through. It's definitely related to ECM, we are able send with this off, but failed with it on. We have enable packet marking on the server with in Rightfax, but with version 9.3 this was not working if I recall correctly. We are running 9.4 and Opentext recommended it on this version. <div>

You could try turning on T.38 redundancy. If you see problems with<br>
ECM on with T.38 redundancy it's probably not a QoS problem. I would<br>
probably confirm the redundancy via packet captures as I haven't tried<br>
T.38 redundancy over SIP providers before, not sure if they have any<br>
restrictions.<br>
