<div>Hello Group</div><div> </div><div>We have a CUCM 7.1(3a) Cluster and some PRI to the PSTN via 3745 Router.</div><div> </div><div>If we call from a internal extension to a busy other internal extension we get a busy signal and on the display it shows "Busy". </div>
<div>If we call the busy extension from an ISDN line we get the busy signal and the ISDN phone shows "Line Busy".</div><div> </div><div>If we call the same busy extension via PSTN we get the busy signal but on the display it shows "Call Proceed". </div>
<div>If we call from an internal extension to a busy external extension on the PSTN we get the busy signal and on the  display it shows "Call Proceed".</div><div> </div><div>Why don't we get "Busy" on the display if we call via PSTN?</div>
