Last night i scheduled a firmware update to latest 9.2.1 from 9.1.1SR1. The job schedule is set to run @ 3am where the system will reboot all the 8961 phones. <br><br>However, this morning there are some casualty 0.44% out of approximate 700 phones. <br>
<br>After manually reboot the phone, it just blinks the button, after showing the cisco logo, the screen went blank. I tried to manually specify old firmware load (9.1.1SR1) on those indivudual phone config, reboot.. still the same behaviour. <br>
<br>Is there any factory reset key sequence on this new generation of phones? I tried to google but can't find any. <br><br>If there's dual bank (active and invalid load) and it still fails. What's the dual bank for? Purely for downloading of firmware purpose and not serving as a fallback upon firmware upgrade failure?<br>
