<p class="MsoNormal">I assume even with CallManager 8.5 and UCCX 8.5 the maximum calls=2 and busy trigger=1 must still be set?  Oddly the UCCE 8.0 SRND spells this out, but it’s left off the UCCX 8.5 SRND but listed in below tech note.</p>
