<font face="verdana,sans-serif">Thanks Pat, yes CUC is attempting to reach the Google apps, yes its allowed by FW as well, coz i am getting email notification in users accounts you have VM, but users are not getting wav files attachment... but still no luck ?? any advise ?<br>

Is the Unity Connection server attempting to reach the google apps<br>
SMTP server that you configured, and if so is it able to (allowed by<br>
firewall, etc)? You can check the SMTP traffic by either enabling SMTP<br>
micro trace 15 or gathering a packet capture with "utils network<br>
capture file <name> count 1000 size ALL port 25". Both can be gathered<br>
via RTMT.<br>
