<li>The BLF status is ridiculously slow.   There are a few seconds before the user searched in the Directory displays the current status. Are there any ways to speed this up?</li>
<li>I need to provide an overflow on a queue which has two operators. I need to be able to ring both operators for 30 seconds and then forward to an overflow destination. As far as I can see this will only work if I configure the maximum queue setting which is not what I'm looking for. Any ideas?</li>
