Have a nice day<BR>I have CRS 5 integrated with CUCM7.1 and CUE<BR>
<BR>
I have call center " business hours from 9:00AM to 19:00PM "<BR>
during business hours the CRS process works<BR>
and non business hours play prompt and redirect to voice mail<BR>
<BR>

I configured 2 time period "business and non-business" then attached it to Time schedule then attached to Partitions<BR>
everything worked well<BR>

the issue is : I want to make the CRS business hours works from 9:30AM to 16:30PM during ramadan<BR>
so I modified the time period to the new time range ...................but the CRS worked from 9:00AM to 19:00PM<BR>
<BR>
Is there anything missing to make CRS work with the new time range ...???<BR><BR>
