I had an instance of this a few weeks ago, where we were hitting something similar (maybe this is what you referring the the NetPro Forums) where we'd get an error in the UCCX logs saying that it's had too many steps, and the call would get lost (Agents would display Reserved when they were supposed to be ringing, but were not actually ringing). We had to get a upgrade that basically replaced a single DLL file and restarted the UCCX service.
I'm having a strange problem (aren't they all) with some agents in
uccx (7.0.1SR5) being stuck in reserved state when they take calls.
They never go into busy state.

This seems to be different than the "Agent Stuck in Reserved" issues
i'm reading about on netpro forums etc. They get the call and are able
to handle it fine - but from CSD's point of view they just show up as
reserved rather than busy - even in the agent logs. It's like for
these certain agents UCCX doesn't realize the transfer is completed.

Seems to only be certain agents accounts, i can have them log in at
the same workstation with a different account (ext mobility) and
behaves normally. Going to take a look into some log files this
morning when I have a chance.
