if you start task manager do you have two instances of agent.exe?

Scott

On Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 5:21 AM, Ed Leatherman <ealeatherman@gmail.com> wrote:

I'm having a strange problem (aren't they all) with some agents in
uccx (7.0.1SR5) being stuck in reserved state when they take calls.
They never go into busy state.

This seems to be different than the "Agent Stuck in Reserved" issues
i'm reading about on netpro forums etc. They get the call and are able
to handle it fine - but from CSD's point of view they just show up as
reserved rather than busy - even in the agent logs. It's like for
these certain agents UCCX doesn't realize the transfer is completed.

Seems to only be certain agents accounts, i can have them log in at
the same workstation with a different account (ext mobility) and
behaves normally. Going to take a look into some log files this
morning when I have a chance.
