We are running 9971s all with 9.2(1) phoneloads on a 7.1(5)SU2 system. works great. over VPNs and all.<br><br>9.0x phone loads where very odd and undependable. 9.2(1) is the only way. 7.1(5) highly recommended also. trying to patch up a 7.1(3) to make it work leads to more problems.<br>
<br>forget that its SIP. Cisco has. there are more features on SIP than SCCP that seem to matter I think. (opinion)<br><br>They are great replacements for the 7975 phone, but not yet mainstream enough to replace 7942/7962s<br>

<div>Hmm, I must be doing something wrong here.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Firmware is 9.2.1.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>On the Forward All side of things, I get the toast when I press the Forward all Softkey. I enter the destination number and the toast disappears. I don't see any change in icon in the top bar etc showing a forward (Found the icon in the phone docs and definately not seeing it on screen anywhere). I don't get a Forward off button, the Forward all Softkey remains on screen after a forward all is setup.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>On Divert, yep, got a voicemail profile set for the primary DN. If an inbound call isn't answered I go through to voicemail successfully. If I call forward all to voicemail it works fine. If I transfer the call through to voicemail that works as well.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I can't see what I've managed to do so wrong :). Got a TAC Case open now, see where we get to.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks for all the replies so far.</div>

Is this the softkey or a PLK? Softkey will definitely work. Difference<br>is, that the name of the softkey actually changes ("Forward off" or<br>something similar when using english locales I believe).<br>So this should definitely work.<br>
