Seems as though a TAC engineer and I have found a new issue….</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">I have a TAC case open and the TAC engineer is also questioning this cause he has the same in his LAB..</p><p class="MsoNormal">So here goes….</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Pressing the Voicemail button on CUCMBE 8.6.1 brings up a blank screen with the “select service…” phrase at the bottom..</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">NO Directories don’t pull up. No missed calls, no placed calls etc..
