<li>services provisioning enterprise parameter</li><li>phone services voicemail application not being enabled/enterprise enabled</li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ok.. Seems as though a TAC engineer and I have found a new issue….</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have a TAC case open and the TAC engineer is also questioning this cause he has the same in his LAB..</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Pressing the Voicemail button on CUCMBE 8.6.1 brings up a blank screen with the “select service…” phrase at the bottom..</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">NO Directories don’t pull up. No missed calls, no placed calls etc.. EVEN though they should have listed calls….</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Comparison to a functional 8.0 and 8.5 system all Voicemail functions are the same..</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Dialing the voicemail pilot works fine….</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">8.6.1 was a recommended requirement due to a bug in 8.5 not recognizing the 7828-I5.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">That is in development in San Jose now..</p>
