<div>I had the same issue a few weeks ago. In order to fix it, I had to disable G Clear on the device. I don't recall how to do it though. I think it was on the device page. There was a NetPro thread about it.<br>

anyone had any experience with these 9971 phones with the camera, yesterday I had to set two of these up for a demo that will be taking place soon, this was on CUCM Business Edition 8.5.1.10000-26. The CUCM-BE is in one site and the Demo phones being setup
are in separate location across the WAN. There is only phones in main site and the H323 gateway with ISDN30 is local to that site too.</font></font></span></p>
