I just want a little black box that does the job and that I can let go. It has logic built into it for VoX signaling, etc. Not sure how that might interfere (or not) with a smart paging system which is sounds like you have.<br><br>But I tell you, if it doesn't recognize the DTMFs off an FXO, it certainly sounds like the paging system changes are the issue. We defined a DN in UCM that is routed to the gateway, which is connected to the paging system that gives a dial-tone, we enter digits to determine which speakers to reach and that’s it. They recalibrated the paging system to add speakers and it doesn’t recognise the DTMFs anymore.
