Each cluster will see this call as being between a phone and a trunk (ICT, SIP, GK-controlled, etc). When A puts B on hold, it's not really phone B that's getting put on hold but rather the trunk that the call routed out to cluster B via. <div><br></div><div>The rule still applies, except the MRGL that is used will be that of the trunk, not phone B.<br><div><br></div><div><br><div>
