just upgraded?<div><br></div><div>do you have a VM profile setup? Does it work on other phones? has it ever worked? are your CSS setup correctly? what happens if you dial the VM pilot number? What VM system do you have? Do you know if it is working?</div>

We have 7940 phones on a cCCM 6.X and the soft button for Transfer Voicemail doesn't work. It reads "that button is not active here" when you try and use it. I have no idea where to start looking to fix this.<br>
