<p class="MsoNormal">We upgraded CUEAC to 8.6.1.595 over the weekend, and I didn’t ask the receptionist before she left on Friday is she views Presence information in the Attendant Console.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">During testing I’m noticing that when you Answer then Drag a call to a Offline (Presence) contact you get a Pop-Up “The person you are trying to call has a presence status set” then gives them some choices at the bottom for Consult, Direct
Transfer, etc. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Is there a way to enable Presence in Attendant Conosole 8.6.1.595 that dragging to Contact just does a Direct Transfer without the dialog/pop-up box?
