<p class="MsoNormal">You will need to create multiple Resource Groups, each group will have it's own pool of CTI Ports and CTI Route Points (Service Queues, Call Parks, HPBX Gateways, Pre CT Gateway). You can then configure the CTI Ports to have different MoH
source for each group of devices and when you create the queue you can select which resource group to use.<o:p></o:p></p>
