Hi,<div><br></div><div>My external calls aren't being answered by Cisco Unity. Internal calls are answered fine, but any call from the PSTN isn't answered. The caller on the other end of the line just hears ringing, even though the call drops on the IP Phone after the configured CFNA timeout has expired. Has anyone encountered a similar issue.</div>
