CM 7.1<div>deployed in Conference room was working.</div><div>other 7936 and 7937 working.</div><div>plugged in 7961 and it works.</div><div><br></div><div>port is setup with vlan access 14 and vlan voice 146.  Pretty normal stuff.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Looking at the switch port.... I would say the nic is bad on the 7937.  Sent packets incroment but recieve does not.</div><div><br></div><div>No DHCP address accepted.  entered static and still no traffic.  So I think it's a brick.  plugged the 7961 with the same cable and all is good.</div>

I've tried a different port and cable.... but my 7937 just shows cisco on the display and never boots.  switch port is configured properly and it is getting POE.  I have done  the **1 factory reset without resolution.  any other ideas?<br>

Some additional information here would be helpful.<br>

Is this on CUCM or CUCME?<br>
<br>
Is this a new out of the box phone, or was it previously deployed elsewhere?<br>
<br>
Do you have other 7937s deployed on the system that are working correctly?<br>
<br>
Have you tried another IP phone on the port where the 7937 is deployed, and does it work correctly?<br>
<br>
What does your config on the switch port look like?  Trunk port or voice VLAN?<br>
<br>
Give us some more information and we'll see if we can't help you fix it.<br><font color="#888888">
