I think it's making use of what's there to provide a feature/solution rather than integrating a feature-focused option/parameter. <br><br>Right? Wrong? Who knows. But I still think it's odd how much work is involved to make a PLAR. it hits has to be the pattern that has the calling number in it. After much playing around I got it to work but the Cisco docs on it are lacking last time I checked.</span></p>
