I have one user, that this has happened to three times.<div><br></div><div>She launches CIPC and all she gets is the phone template, with a black screen.</div><div><br></div><div>If I goto her profile, and delete under local settings and application data the Cisco folders, the phone will behave normally. Till a day or two later, it will happen again. </div>
