<p class="MsoNormal">Anyone got any input into average life expectancy of the 79XX series of phones?

<p class="MsoNormal">We have had our 7960’s now for about 5 years and starting to see an upturn in the number of units experiencing failures of different types (and yes they are EOL).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Any input on newer models? <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have been googling but did not find any info. I know environment/users have a lot to do with it. Just trying to get a “average” if possible.<o:p></o:p></p>
