Anyone willing to share what tools they use to get this information? If you can provide specific steps, that would be great (mouse clicks can be omitted ;).<br><br>The only way I can think of getting this information right now is running a traffic summary report by hour of day and un-checking on-net and internal so I get only off-net calls. This gives me a BHCC (busy hour call completion) value.
