<p class="MsoNormal">I know this can’t really be done via CUEAC in any way that does not result in a very unhappy client. Can this be done with arc premium, where an operator can have multiple ac lines on their phone. The goal is that the user can easily take
multiple calls. I want to avoid the CUEAC method where they have to put a call on hold, and then double click on the queue, and all that fun.<o:p></o:p></p>
