<div>I too wish there was a better way of bulk managing this process built right into the UI; to include adding devices as well.</div><div><br></div>I can think of several solutions to this problem. Of course, which way you go depends on what you may or may not already have. E.g., Do you have a list of MAC Addresses already, or just a device pool name, etc.<div>
<br></div><div>One way is to use the sql toolkit (<a href="http://www.netcraftsmen.net/component/content/article/70-unified-communications/715-running-sql-queries-on-cucm-6x7x-using-axl-soap-toolkit-part-1.html">as blogged about here</a>) to remove devices from the user mapping table.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The other way, is to use your browser's console, to execute some javascript to select the devices in the list for you based on an array of device names, then all you have to do is click the up arrow to remove them.</div>
<div><br></div><div>So, what do you have already?</div><div><br></div><div>-Anthony<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Tue, Oct 11, 2011 at 6:25 AM, Boon <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:ciscovoipuser@gmail.com">ciscovoipuser@gmail.com</a>></span> wrote:<br>

<div> </div>
<div>Hopefully somebody can help me with this issue. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>A customer of mine has a site closure and we need to dissassociate 200+ phones from a 'PG' Application User in CUCM 7.1.5 that has 1000+ phones associated.. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>I've had a look at the documentation guides and around CCO etc but cannot find a way of doing this in bulk. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>It seems that the only option is to manually find the phone by MAC address in the list of 'associated' phones and move them to the 'available' phones section. Obviously this is going to take a very long time, if somebody has a quicker way of doing this it would be really appreciated...</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks.</div>
