Actually if you change the setting back, you will get your original license mac, or it did in my case.

I had to rebuild my CUC cluster after applying for licenses and forgot which NTP server I used. I didn't document it (silly me) and when I got it installed, the mac had changed.

I went through our NTP servers in the settings until I found the original license mac.

I don't know if it applies to all settings, but it does for the NTP server. (it only looks at the first one)
I'm putting this together quickly and adhoc so there is plenty of room for error. Hopefully others on the list can contribute/correct. For the items in that list I believe the audit means are:
•NTP server 1 (or "none")
changed from CLI

•NIC speed (or "auto")
Is there a log file that documents when the license mac changed on UCCX 8+ or UCM/Connection 8+ on UCS?

My license mac changed and I have no idea or record of what changed on the OS configuration to make a new license mac hash.

Any ideas?
