Hi Eric, <br><br>The CLI works fine. The services menu used to work previously on windows xp machine and with RAM size set to 1 GB. Currently the CIPC is installed on a windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit laptop.<br><br>thanks<br>

When you log into the CLI does it take forever to enter commands?  If so that is a good indicator you need to allocate more RAM.<br>

Sounds like exactly what I experienced when I tried to conserve RAM.<br>
