Compared to the other products I've used, it's not too bad. There were a couple of issues setting it up, but they all ended up being an issue on the Cisco side with BIB, etc. Once the product is installed and working, it's fairly hands off. Ended up working a TAC case for a couple of months. If it's the same problem that we had, it's actually the CUCM software version. We had to wait for an engineering special to be built for us.
