Hi all,<br>
my problem is really annoying and stupid.<br>
It is not that ATAs 186 won't register in the SRST (CUCM 8.5
integration with 2 CCM as cluster).<br>
It is that in their web page, they have kept in their setting the
default gateway's IP instead of that of the SRST!<br>
Of course, after that, i didn't expect to get registered to the
SRST.<br>
Facts:<br>
1.all other devices in the device pool do get the correct IP and
register to the srst (7962, 7931, 6941)<br>
2. i have never used "use default gateway" as srst option in the
Device Pool Config<br>
3. All ATAs display in the third CM field the default gateways's
IP(which is L3 switch!!) and inside the brackets it is written:
(SRST)!! So, it does communicate with a L3 switch and things it is
SRST?<br>
4. SW version is 3.02.03(051201A)<br>
