rather than UCCX, the rmcm user was not replicating correctly to the subscribers, I need to raise another case with the CUCM team who can look into the replication as replication appears to be reporting as all fine.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>The workaround was to change the rmcm username and password in UCCX, then change the
