<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">External caller calls into a specific number, about 1 sec after they call they get a fast busy.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Internal user hears the phone ring, when they pick it up there is no longer an active call on the phone.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">According to CAR there is never a “Connect” timestamp, I see the call start and call end though. It’s usually a second or less.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Only seems to happen with this extension, and only with certain incoming callers. Other callers to that same number have no problem getting through.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">I’m at a loss as to what could be causing this…Faulty phone hanging up on them? Problem on the caller’s side? PRI glitches?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Any way I can find more info, maybe even a reason the call is being disconnected?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
