</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-US link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Strange problem I’m troubleshooting.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>External caller calls into a specific number, about 1 sec after they call they get a fast busy.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Internal user hears the phone ring, when they pick it up there is no longer an active call on the phone.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>According to CAR there is never a “Connect” timestamp, I see the call start and call end though. It’s usually a second or less.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Only seems to happen with this extension, and only with certain incoming callers. Other callers to that same number have no problem getting through.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’m at a loss as to what could be causing this…Faulty phone hanging up on them? Problem on the caller’s side? PRI glitches?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Any way I can find more info, maybe even a reason the call is being disconnected?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>JonM<o:p></o:p></p></div></body></html>
